Safranbolu Yetiştirme Yurdu 1958’de hizmete açılmış olup, Genel Müdürlüğün 29.12.2005 tarih ve 220 sayılı olurları ile ismi ‘Safranbolu Gürmen Erkek Yetiştirme Yurdu Müdürlüğü olarak değiştirilmiştir. Gürmen Giyim A.Ş. Yönetim Kurulu’nun talebi üzerine Genel Müdürlüğün 23.12.2009 tarih ve 313 sayılı olurları ile rahmetli Türkiye Futbol Federasyonu Başkanı Hasan Doğan’ın ismi kuruluşa verilerek “Hasan Doğan Sevgi Evleri” olarak değiştirilmiştir. Çocuk Hizmetleri Genel Müdürlüğünün 14.06.2017 tarih ve 65172 sayılı olurları ile "Hasan Doğan Çocuk Evleri Sitesi" olarak değiştirilmiştir.

Safranbolu Orphanage was put into service in 1958 and its name was changed to, Safranbolu Gürmen Male Orphanage Directorate 5 with the date of 29.12.2005 dated and 220 numbered General Directorate. Gürmen Clothing Inc. At the request of the Directorate General of the Board of Directors dated 23.12.2009 date and 313 would be late with Turkey Football Federation president Hasan Dogan giving the name of the organization "Hasan Dogan Love Houses" as amended. The General Directorate of Children's Services was renamed as tarih Hasan Doğan Children's Houses Site leri with the number 65172 dated 14.06.2017.
