Sebebini ilgililere sorduğumda fiziki başvuruculara öncelik (!) verildiği söylendi. Özellikle pandemi nazara alınırsa bu cevap bana çok makul gelmedi.
Borcum olmamasına rağmen sağlık kuruluşlarına katkı payı ödüyorum. Sebebini sordum, dosyamın sırada olduğu söylendi.
Normalde gelmemi gerektirecek bir durum olmamasına rağmen defalarca geldim. Bekletilmem de cabası...
