Asıl sen böyle yorum yazdığın için gerekli yerlere ben şikayette bulunacağım. Adam gibi hizmet verin tek yıldız yemeyin. Yiyince de böyle oyunlara girmeyin.
When you call the sales representative, the owner of the company comes out and shouts at you. Extremely rude and unprofessional service. I am the customer. If you weren't so rude, I would have continued as your customer. You wrote that you are making automatic false accusations to everyone. I am not a company. I am not affiliated with a company. Let it be investigated. Actually, since you wrote such comments, I will make a complaint to the necessary places. Serve like a man, don't eat one star. When you eat, don't get into such games.

Şans eseri ürünün videosunu göndermedikleri için servis göndermek zorunda kaldılar ve ürünü de kullanıcı hatası deyip para karşılığı onarmayı teklif ediyorlar. Ayrıca müşterilerinize hukuki yolları kullanmakla tehdit edip, tüm kötü yorumları organizeymiş gibi gösterip baskı altına almak sadece markanıza zarar verir. Bir çok kullanıcı bu tutumla karşılaşmamak için ürünlerinize talep göstermez diye düşünüyorum.
