Yıllardır farklı arabalarda müşterileri oldum. Sorun yaşamadım. Bu yeni şube evime yakın oldu iş güzergahımda kolaylık oldu. A	Ahmet Ç on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Merhaba, bugün petrolünüzden yakıt alıp daha sonra arabamı yıkattım, daha sonra arabamı müsait bir park edip kurularken petrolünüzde çalışan personeliniz arabasıyla(kırmızı pegeout 306) yanıma gelip korna basarak el hareketi yaptı daha sonra yanına giderek buyrun dedim hoş olmayan bir üslupla arabanı çek ben park edicem dedi, biraz bekleyin gideceğim dedim ben burda çalışıyorum çek arabanı dedi bende beklemesini söyledim ,sonra patinaj çekerek gitti. durum beni rahatsız etti. Ben müşteri olarak ordayım ve sürekli yakıt alıyorum bu tür üslup ve tavır can sıkıyor personelinize oranın bir işletme oldugunu babasının malı olmadığını müşterilerle nasıl konuşulması gerektigini anlatırsanız sevinirim. Bundan sonra petrolünüz den alışveriş yapmayı düşünmüyorum memnun kalmadım. Araç yıkama yerine girdim personel geldi ve yıkamanın ücretli olduğunu söyledi bende depoyu fulledigimi söyleyince doğrudur dedi yıkamanin ücretsiz olduğunu söyledi. Aracım yıkandı ama kurutma yapılmadı tekrar konuştuğumda ise kurutmanın ücretli olduğu söylendi. Araç yikandiginda kurutma neden yapılmaz veya araç yıkanılmadan önce neden kurutmanın ücretli olduğu bildirilmiyor. Depoyu fullemekten kaçınmayan birisi olarak kurutma ücretinin talep edilmesi yanlış birşey !!!! Kurutma bedeli ise 5 TL imiş Hello . I filled my vehicle's tank and was told that the wash was free. i	ilker bek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ İlk açıldıklarında çalışanlar gayet kibardı. Ama son zamanlarda iyice üslubları bozuldu. Ayrıca son 4 sefer ücretsiz yıkamanın parasını bana ödettiler. Bugünde yıkamaya girdim. 4 ayrı pompacı ve kasadaki görevliye söylememe rağmen tersleyerek at 2 lira işte çalışır dediler. Bu sefer yıkatmadan çıktım. Her ay 2000 TL lik yakıt alıyorum sizden. Bu da son oldu. Bu arada bu şikayetleri etrafımdaki bir çok kişiden duyuyorum. Bu gidişle daha çok müşteri kaybedeceksiniz. Employees were very polite when they first opened.
