★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Öncelikle Mahmut bey başta olmak üzere diğer görevliler ve çalışanlardan çok memnunum çok ilgileniyorlar yemekleri süper tam bir aile ortamı öğrencilere çok değer veriyorlar odaları çok güzel fiyat bakımından çok makul temizlik çok güzel konumu merkezde her yere yakın .

 First of all, I am very pleased with Mr. Mahmut, other officials and employees, they are very interested, the food is super, a complete family atmosphere, they value the students very much, the rooms are very good, the price is very reasonable, the cleanliness is very nice, the location is in the center, close to everywhere.

The prices are reasonable, the rooms are very hot, breakfast and food excellent, most importantly, the staff are friendly, the residence is welcome to every attempt at the morning, it motivates people in the morning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ kayserinin merkezinde olması çok iyi, peteğin biri biraz ılık yanıyordu resepsiyonu aradım hemen teknik servis geldi yaptı, odalar sıcak ve güzeldi, kahvaltılarını ve akşam yemeklerini de beğendim, personeller gayet güler yüzlü cana yakındı.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O kadar güzel ve nezih bir yer ki , kesinlikle Kayseri'de kalınacak tek yer olduğunu söyleyebilirim. Temizlik konusunda gerçekten harika , görevliler çok saygılı , yemek ve kahvaltı muhteşem. Merkeze yakınlığı ve fiyat uygunluğu kesinlikle tercih sebebi.
It is such a beautiful and decent place that I can definitely say that it is the only place to stay in Kayseri. It's really great about cleaning, the staff is very respectful, the food and breakfast are amazing. Proximity to the center and affordability is definitely the reason for preference.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gerek odalarının temizliği gerek personellerinin güler yüzlülüğü olsun her anlamda cok iyiler. Şu anda sadece Kayseri de bir çok şubeye sahipler fakat bu sistemi ve ismi tüm Türkiye ye yaymalari lazım, Teşekkürler Seyir Evleri Ailesi.. :)
They are very good in every sense, both the cleanliness of their rooms and the friendliness of their staff. Currently, they only have many branches in Kayseri, but they need to spread this system and name all over Turkey, Thank you Seyir Evleri Family.. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed at this hotel for 5 days, went to Istanbul and coming back to Kayseri, I chose to stay at this hotel again. Prices are reasonable, location is fabulous and staff are so friendly especially the branch manager Mr Mahmut. If you are looking for cheap clean and comfortable hotel in Kayseri, this hotel will be exactly what you are looking for. The only gripe I have is about breakfast, they should have more variety of food and drinks on breakfast.
