Soğuk Baklava deyince tam olarak esas olanını burada Şeyhmus Alto' da tattım. Mükemmeldi. Bugüne kadar gördüğüm ve tattığım soğuk baklavalar kare kesimli güllaç gibiydi resmen. Soğuk Baklava yemek istiyorsanız tercihiniz kesinlikle Şeyhmus Alto olmalı. Kadayıf pişimi mükemmel, fıstık ve tereyağının eşsiz tat ve kokusu nar gibi kızarmış çıtır çıtır kadayıfla harmanlanmış, dikkat edin parmağınızı ya da çatalı ısırmayın. Şekerpare, bugüne kadar şekerpare diye glukoz şurubuna bulanmış, yanık ve bayat ekmek gibi kırpık kırpık dökülen bir şeyler yemişim. Hayır anlamadığım bunu beyen ettiğim halde ikramı bırakın ücretli yine getirirler ama malesef en büyük eksikliği bu.. Ve sanırım sadık künefeye gitmeye devam edeceğim.
