★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oncelikle halk eğitim merkezine gittiğinizde danişmanlar ve oradaki memurlarin düzgün çaliştiğini gorebilirsiniz. Ama halk eğitimin telefonunu aradiğimda 15 saniyeden uzun sure caliyor acmiyolar hadi diyelim ki açti 6 ila 7 saniye hiç bir şey soylemeden telefonu kapatiyorlar. Neden telefona bakacak bir görevli yok anlamiş değilim.
First of all, when you go to the public education center, you can see that the consultants and the officers there are working properly. But when I call the public education phone, it rings for more than 15 seconds. I don't understand why there is no attendant to answer the phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Açık öğretim kaydı için gittim bir kaç kere sistem yok denildi. Sonra kayıt için tekrar gittiğimde üç saat bekletildik. Onca memura rağmen çalışan bir kişiydi ilgilenen yok işimi hal edip çıkana kadar öldüm. İnşallah bir daha işim düşmez.
I went for open education registration a few times and it was said that the system does not exist. Then when I went back to register, we were kept waiting for three hours. He was a working person despite all the civil servants, no one cares. I died until I got my job done and left. I hope I don't have to work again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seyhan halk egitim merkezine eylül ayında özel eğitim sertifikası için başvurdum.kurs açılınca haber verileceği söylendi onun üzerine kurs 2 defa avilmis ne arayan oldu .ne de dönüş yapıldı.
I applied to the Seyhan public education center for a special education certificate in September. I was told that it would be notified when the course opened. After that, the course was sought 2 times, neither called nor returned.
