Caminin bir kitabesi mevcut olmadığı için yapımıyla ilgili bir tarih vermek mümkün olmamaktadır. 1999-2006 tarihleri arasında büyük bir onarım görmüş ayrıca 19.yy sonlarında yapılan muhteşem süslemeleri de restore edilmiştir.
Giriş kapısının solunda yer alan gemi resmi hayli ilgi çekicidir. Restorasyon öncesi çekilen resimlerinden caminin büyük kesme taşlardan ve düz damlı olarak inşa edildiği anlaşılmaktadır
Deştiğin Grand Mosque:
Since the mosque does not have an inscription, it is not possible to give a date for its construction. It was repaired between 1999-2006, and its magnificent decorations at the end of the 19th century were also restored.
The ship picture on the left of the entrance gate is quite interesting. From the pictures taken before the restoration, it is understood that the mosque was built with large cut stones and with a flat roof.
