When I went and took out a card, there was no other application. Things were handled very quickly. Also, the staff involved were friendly and helpful. However, I felt sorry for the inefficiency, 6-7 personnel were sitting empty. This job can actually be done online, the card comes home with cargo, the task is fulfilled with a much lower cost.
