I spent a week here 2 weeks ago with my cousins. If you want to book a hotel, you would not choose this opportunity. When we arrived at the hotel they just gave us a dinner and they told us that we had to go to another hotel for a night because there was an unexpected situation. We did not want to accept it because we reserved the rooms in February but we were so tired so we accept it. They told us that this "another hotel" would be better than Sevki Bey but when we arrived we had to realise it was not true. This hotel called Merhaba was so dirty and rooms were underequipped. The only advantage of this hotel was the spot where we could have the breakfast. On our first day we went back and finally we got our rooms. We have to mention the staff. I have not met a rude staff like that yet in my entire life. They were rude to us and they were unhappy so they just worked as robots and said nothing. The glasses were small and antiquated. Once I went to the bar to ask 5 coke. They said that we were going to get just 4 because it is enough. I said thank you in 14 languages and sat down because i did not want an argue. I went there for a holiday not to take part in a drama show. You will not find meat there. There are a lot of vegetables and fruits but there are no food that contains meat. It was not a Swedish table and it does not contain any kind of food that would belong to the Turkish traditional dishes. On our last day we had to give back the keys until 12 o'clock. Our transfer arrived at 4 pm so our travel agency asked the hotel's boss not to cut the bracelet down but the staff did not get this information so they cut them down and when we wanted to have a lunch but they asked us to leave the dining room so it was so unpleasent and cringe. It was the last drop in the glass so I just said everything and I wrote the stories into the book of compliments. If you want to visit Turkey, do not hesitate. Turkey is an amazing country with a lot of kind people. BUT IF YOU WANT TO SPEND YOUR TIME PLEASANTLY, DO NOT RESERVE ROOMS IN THAT HOTEL. IT DOES NOT WORTHY.

This hotel seemed a good deal to start but as holiday progressed it was realised that the food was very limited and within a week the bar constantly ran out of Beer, vodka and most soft drinks on a daily basis by 4 pm. When spoke to staff the reply would be tomorrow. Customers ended up buying from the local super markets and then the staff tried to remove plastic cups so bought drink could not be consumed. This was sold as an all inclusive hoilday. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL

It was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed. Spent there a week with my husband and was disappointed almost in everything. First of all, I would like to tell you about the food. I am not sure if you can call “food” what they cook. They provide breakfast, lunch and dinner. Each of them lasts no more than 2 hours. The staff starts taking the food away 15 min before it finishes. The food is limited so much that there is nothing you can choose from. The quality of the food is horrible. The way how the food was served doesn’t look nice and tasty at all. The food was cold, the vegetables were cut in big and uneven peaces. They used the same food every day just changing the aspect of the dish. There was no deserts, no fruits, no juices. Almost every day we went to eat something to local restaurant due to that. Also they asked us to clean plates after ourselves: don’t leave it on the table, put the rubbish in a bin bag, plates on the trolley and cutlery in a bin. In “All inclusive” alcohol they provide beer, wine and vodka (no even rum or whiskey). And out of 3 bars located on the territory of the hotel only 1 was working. Sometimes there was no one in the bar so if you want to have a drink you need to wait until someone comes. And even if you want an orange juice they ask you to pay for it. The next stage is the staff of the hotel. Almost none of them can speak English, so you can forget to ask them for help or to get any useful information from them. The Wi-Fi connection was poor and always disconnecting. The territory of the hotel was looked dirty and in some places abandoned. There was no one taking care of the plants and trees which grow everywhere and in some places they block the way. All the bungalows area (we rent one of them) was smelly as toilet canalisation. The entertainment programme which is in a list of the hotel includes absolutely nothing. The only thing they do is switching on the music every evening near the pool bar to attract the people to go there and buy their cocktails which are twice more expensive than in any local bar or restaurant. Even the table tennis doesn’t have rockets and balls and it’s hided in the place which you can’t access due to the garden. The only positive thing about this place is that it located near by the sea (50m) and has a lot of local shops and bars around it.

This is an ideal hotel! We were here 2 weeks and it was one of the best holidays ever. Staff is very helpful, you can ask them any question and they will solve any problem. We have arrived at 14 p.m and they prepared for us lunch. We had a room on the second floor with a seaview, it is the view that I dreamed about! You wake up and enjoy the sea from the window. The view to the garden is also picturesque, the territory is big enough and there are a lot of plants. Rooms are spacious and clean, maids are friendly with guests and make their work in right way. Location of the hotel was the first reason, why I have chosen exactly Sevki Bey - just 3 minutes on foot to get the beach! You can pay for chaise-longue on reception, but we were with our own mat for free. Food is really delicious, thanks to the cook :) Everyday there were new dishes, nobody can be hungry here. Special thanks to barman Alperen! He is a good guy, and there is always something to talk about with him. I'm sure that we return back next summer

Not worth saving a bit off money. Starting off the holiday was a 4 hour transfer from the airport where the driver didn't have a Clue where to go, got to the hotel at 5am when the driver demanded a tip. The hotel is very far from everything so we couldn't even find anything to eat. The food was always the same. Things like boiled veg, plain pasta and salad with the stingyest amount of meat. Supposed to be 10 euro for dinner, complete rip off when you can eat out for half the price. Luckily we were all inclusive. Which we hardly used as we were always out. Although on the last day, we had to check out of the room by 12pm. we had no money left, our transfer pickup wasn't until 7pm with a 9 or 10 hour journey until we were home and the guy at the bar found out we were leaving and told all the staff when they cut off our wristbands and told us we weren't allowed food or drinks after 12. Meaning we weren't allowed to use their pathetic dinner buffet and no food for almost 24 hours! The hotel has no washing machines or any kind of facilities. The pool security guy had a face like a slapped arse and does not let you swim in the pool when the sun starts going down because he doesn't want to have to clean up the water. (AKA his job) Also the WiFi is horrendous and pretty much never works. The all inclusive at the bar is only vodka and beer, you don't even get a discount on anything else. On the plus side, lots of cats!

Nice hotel ,some friendly staff . Nothing to eat for the English. No toast , English breakfast or anything that resembles English except a few cereal . For an all inclusive hotel not much choice to eat at all . For example roasted peppers , roasted cauliflower , for breakfast what is that all about (We are out every day nearly ) Room was nice just need to remember to leave more then 1 small hand towel and 1 medium towel if 2 people are in the room . Very good position for the beach would not say best access to the beach, you have to go through an underpass under busy main road to get to the beach . No entertainment at the hotel at all . We had a 3 hour transfer from airport and the coach driver thought he was on Silverstone race course. All in all not too bad a holiday but will not be returning to this hotel again xx

Nice pool area and clean tidy functional rooms. The all inclusive side wasn't the best, food was basic and boring bit this is a budget hotel. Ran out of larger a few times for a day or 2. Lots of people had a many troubles with this hotel but mine and my son's stay here wasn't to bad. Don't book this expecting a holiday resort...its a good cheap base. Take spends to eat out.
