Ben 44-46 beden giyiniyorum çalışan bayan büyük beden yok dedi ve ilgilenmedi. Ben çok fazla kalıbı geniş 42 beden kıyafet aldım. Müşteriyi doğru bilgilendirmiyorlar, tutarsız konuşuyorlar, kaba ve ilgisiz davranıyorlar. Doğal olarak sorun çıkıyor. Yine de hatayı müşteride arayıp, verdikleri kalitesiz hizmeti ört-bas etmeye çalışıyorlar. İtiraz ederseniz de sizi küçük düşürecek davranışlarda bulunuyorlar. Onların seviyesine inerseniz, gerçekten çok sevimsiz nahoş bir ortam oluşuyor. Sizi "sorunlu müşteri" profiline düşürüyorlar, böyle bir magazaya geldiğinize pişman oluyorsunuz.
