Aradim derdimi anlattım tamir ücreti neyse onu da karşılayabilecegimi soyledim. Bana en ucuz kltugun 12.000 tl olduğunu, artık o firmayla calismadiklarini, benim hangi koltuğu aldigimi kontrol edip dönüş yapacağını söyledi beyefendi ancak ne arayan var ne de soran.
A company that does not stand behind the product it sells. Two of the 2 armchairs I bought 3 years ago at a good price, broke their legs and the seats went down. I called and told my problem, I said that I could afford the repair fee, whatever it was. The gentleman told me that the cheapest seat is 12.000 TL, that they no longer work with that company, that he will check which seat I bought and that he will return, but no one calls or asks.
