Really pilates, get out, come out. It is guaranteed to be accompanied by two torturer and bone breaking instructors. After 10 lessons, I think 2 cm waist and 3 cm shrinkage in the whole body is a great result.

Son zamanlarda mantar gibi türeyen pilates salonlarına inat, piyasaya hızlı bir giriş yaptılar ve bence çıtayı epey bir yükselttiler. Kendilerinin ilk üyelerindenim ve reformer yada pilates düşünenlere şiddetle denemelerini tavsiye derim. Acele edin sonra yer bulamayabilirsiniz. ;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dilara ve Sema Hanım işlerinde cok profesyonel. Bununla birlikte samimiyetleri ile evinizde spor yapıyormuş hissi yaratıyorlar. 8 ders sonunda gözle görülür sıkılaşma yaşadım ve boyun fıtığımdan kaynaklı ağrılarım tamamen yok oldu. Kesinlikle gözünüz kapalı gidebilirsiniz ?
Dilara and Sema Hanım are very professional. However, with the sincerity they make the feeling of doing sports in your home. At the end of 8 lessons, I had a visible tightening and my pain from my neck hernia was completely lost. You can definitely go off your eyes Kesinlikle
