★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Çanta aldık. 1 hafta sonra yolda yürürken kulpu koptu. Ürün tamiri için mağazasına gittik. Tam 2 ay sonra gelin dediler. Gittik yapılmamış. Yaklaşık 3buçuk ay bekletildi ve bu süre zarfında devamlı setrmse gidip tamirinin olup olmadığını sorduk. Yine bir defasında gittim ve tamirinin yapılamayacağını söylediler. Gitmesem haberdar olamayacağım. Daha sonra aynı ürün tutarında bir şey almak için gittik ve o zaman uygulanan indirimden yaklaşık 5 ay sonra faydalanamadık. 5 ay mağduriyet ve cabası... Kurumsal firmalar maalesef ki işbilmezliğini ve sistematiksizliğini " e biz kurumsal firmayız beyefendi bizlik bir durum yok" gibi bahanelerle perdeliyorlar. Acınası durum. Bir çanta 4 ayda tamir edilemez ... Hadi edildi, haber verilir.... İnsanların zamanı en az sizin zamanınız kadar değerli.
We got the bag. A week later, the handle broke while walking on the road. We went to the store for product repair. They said to come in exactly 2 months. We went not done. It was kept waiting for about 3 and a half months and during this time we went to the setrmse and asked if it was repaired. Once again, I went and they said it couldn't be repaired. If I don't go, I won't know. Then we went to buy something with the same product amount and we couldn't take advantage of the discount applied then for about 5 months. 5 months of grievance and not to mention... Unfortunately, corporate companies hide their inability and systematicity with excuses such as "we are a corporate company, sir, there is nothing wrong with us". pathetic situation. A bag cannot be repaired in 4 months... Come on, it's been announced.... People's time is at least as valuable as yours.
