★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bedenim 42 beden iken ölçülerim alınmasına rağmen bana hiçbir şekilde olmayan küçük beden gelinliği giydirdiler .En güzel günümü mahvettiler.Gelinliğin içinde 2 saat bile dayanamadım . Çekimim bile yarıda kaldı.Kesinlike önermiyorum .
 Although my measurements were taken when my body was 42, they dressed me in a small size wedding dress that was not in any way. They ruined my best day. I could not stand in the wedding dress for even 2 hours. Even my shooting was interrupted. I definitely do not recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seçtiğimiz gelinliği hiçbir sorun çıkmadan aldıkları ölçülere göre hazırlatıp en az bir hafta önce elimizde olacak şekilde yollayacaklarını söylediler ama gelen gelinlik seçtiğimiz model değildi ölçüler farklıydı ve asıl adilik de gelinliğin düğünden 2 gün önce elimizde olması oldu. Ne diyeyim Nurhan hanımın ipiyle kesinlikle kuyuya inmeyin.
They said that the wedding dress we chose was prepared according to the measurements they took without any problems and sent it to be in our hands at least a week ago, but the bridal that came was not the model we chose, the measurements were different and the real vulgarity was that the wedding dress was in our hands 2 days before the wedding. What can I say? Do not go down to the well with the rope of Mrs. Nurhan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Resmen soygunculuk insanların" kızım Bi defa evleniyor gözünde kalmasın istediği olsun" diye düşündüklerini bildikleri için fiyatlar çok yüksek. Bu kadar da olmaz. 10 tane gelinlik var pek Bi çeşitte yok sadece 38 40 beden var ülkede herkes dal gibi fit sanki de. Aşırı kazıkçı gösterişli ama Bi o kadar da içi boş olan Bi yer. Tavsiye etmiyorum.
Officially, the prices are very high because they know that robbery is what people think: "My daughter is getting married once, let her not stay in her eyes, what she wants". Not that much. There are 10 wedding dresses, there are not many types, there are only 38 40 sizes in the country, as if everybody is fit like a branch. A place that is too flashy but so hollow. I do not suggest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asla ve asla hiç kimseye tavsiyede bulunulacak bir yer değil.O ismi lazım olmayan hanımın tatlı dili yeter ki bir eleştiride bulunun bakın nasıl zehir oluyor..Hiç bir şeyi kabul etmeyen her şekilde üste çıkan en heyecanlı anı burnunuzdan getirenlerin yapacağı bir iş değil bu. . kesinlikle ama kesinlikle gitmeyin. Aslında normalde bunları yazma gereği duymazdım ama dedim ya en güzel gününüze 2 gün kala moralinizi bozanlar bunu bence hakkediyor...yine de siz bilirsiniz...size önerim yapılan kötü yorumları dikkate almanız.
It is never a place to give advice to anyone. The sweet tongue of the lady who does not need a name just criticize it and see how it is poison ... It is not a job for those who do not accept anything and bring the most exciting moment from your nose. . definitely but definitely don't go. Actually, I normally wouldn't feel the need to write these, but I said that those who upset you 2 days before your best day deserve it ... still you know ... ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En güzel günümü burnumdan getirdiniz. Şuan terbiyemden dolayı aklımdan geçenlerin milyonda birini dahi buraya yazamıyorum. Ölçülerimi aldılar seçtiğim gelinliği tam bedenime göre gönderileceğini söylediler fakat gelinlik çok büyük geldi çuval gibi durdu ayrıyetten kutuyu açtığımızda toz içindeydi ve seçtiğim model değildi. Maalesef ki düğünüme 1 gün kala bana ulaştırdıkları için hiçbir şey yapma şansım olmadı. Hakkımı kesinlikle helal etmiyorum. Setri nur ismine güvenip kesinlikle o mağazaya gitmeyin.

They took my measurements and said that the wedding dress I chose would be sent according to my exact size, but the wedding dress came too big, it looked like a sack, and when we opened the box, it was covered in dust and it was not the model I chose. Unfortunately, I did not have the chance to do anything as they delivered it to me 1 day before my wedding. I absolutely do not halal my rights. Do not trust the name of Setri nur and go to that store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gittiğimiz de Nurhan diye birisi gayet güzel karşıladı, şöyle güzel yaparız tam üstüne olacak vs. diye diye bizde gerçekten bu şekilde olacağını sandık. Provaya gittik, ölçüler yeniden alındı vs. En son teslim gününde gelinliği almaya gittiğimizde gelinlik en az 2 3 beden küçükmüş. Deneyince bunu gördük. Etek boyu kısa, gelinlik küçük vs. dar oldu diyoruz ipler bağlanmıyor diyoruz yok böyle bilmem ne diyip bizi suçlu çıkarmaya çalışıyorlar. Bugün yeniden almaya gittik eteğin boyunu sözde yaptılar ama hala kısa. Sabahtan beri eteğin boyunun uzatılmasını bekliyoruz. Gerçekten hayatımızın hatasını yaptık sanırım buradan gelinlik alarak. Hiç memnun kalmadık, çalışanlar ve Nurhan hatalarını kabul etmiyorlar, insanların en mutlu günlerini berbat ediyorlar. Genel olarakta yorumlara bakınca bedenler de sıkıntı olduğunu yeni farkettik, keşke daha önce görmüş olsaydık başka yerden alırdık.

Asla ve asla tavsiye etmiyorum. Herşey gelinliği satana kadar güzel sonra kimse ilgilenmiyor bide üzerine azarlayıp laf söylüyorlar. Çalıştırdıkları personel beş para etmez hepsi birbirinden ukala. Sattıkları gelinlik zaten berbat ne astarı var doğru dürüst ne boncukları sağlam. Sadece isimleri var başka hiçbir yönden tercih edilir değiller. Daha neler söylemek istiyorum ama onlar bunları bile anlayacak kadar değiller... Yazıklar olsun size Aldığınız parayı hak etmiyorsunuz. Aksesuardan tutun duvak çiçek gelinlik hepsi benim için hayal kırıklığı oldu. Paramıza yazık gerçekten...
In a word, a disgraceful business. Neither the quality of the product they sell nor the way they talk to the customer is a disgrace. They ruined my best day. I never, ever recommend it. Everything is fine until they sell the wedding dress, then nobody cares, they scold and talk about the bidet. The staff they employ are worthless, they are all arrogant. The wedding dress they sell is already awful, it has neither lining nor proper beads. They only have names, and they are not preferable in any other way. What more I want to say, but they are not enough to even understand these... Shame on you. You don't deserve the money you get. From the accessory to the veil and flower wedding dress, they were all a disappointment for me. It's really a waste of our money...
