★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Düzgün esnaf. Sade pidesini aldım ve gayet güzeldi. Başka gün kuru kıymalı, soğanlı ve maydanozlu kapalı pide yaptırdık; o da çok iyiydi. Kapadokya bölgesinde yediğim en iyi yemek oldu hatta.
Neat trades. I bought the plain pita and it was just fine. The other day, we had a covered pita with dry minced meat, onion and parsley; it was also very good. In fact, it was the best meal I have had in the Cappadocia region.

The dough is great. We had delicious cheese and mixed meat flavours served with wood fired green chilli.
It’s a small family run business, don’t expect ambience but do come for the food.
