Anında etkin müdahale gücüne sahip bir yönetim sistemi var. Sorunlar hızlı ve etkili çözülür. WhatsApp grubu sayesinde site içerisinde duyurular yada sorunlar hızla herkes tarafından bilinir.
Isparta is one of the rare sites. Consisting of 4 blocks and 93 apartments, this site has a management consisting of technotrates. Neighborhood relations are quite good. There is a management system with effective response power. Problems are solved quickly and effectively. Thanks to WhatsApp group, announcements or problems in the site are quickly known by everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ İnşaat ve kullanılan malzemelerin kalitesi oldukça yüksek. Kapılar dahi (büyük dairelerde) mobilya boya ve içi dışı gerçek ahşap. Çocuk oyun alanı,her daireye ait otopark ve 6 araçlık da olsa yedek otoparkları mevcut. Diğer sitelerle ve site içindeki diğer binalarla yaklaşım mesafeleri nın açık olmasından dolayı genellikle tüm binalar güneşten optimum faydayı sağlıyor. Ulaşım oldukça rahat. Cami, marketler, okullara mesafeleler çok iyi (300m - 1.8km arası)
The quality of construction and materials used is quite high. Even the doors (in large apartments) are furniture paint and real wood outside. There is a children's playground, a parking lot for each flat and a spare parking lot for 6 cars. Generally, all buildings provide optimum benefit from the sun due to the open distance to other sites and other buildings within the site. Transportation is very comfortable. Distance to mosques, markets, schools is very good (between 300m - 1.8km)
