★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Otel sicak su hizmetini 24 saat sunmuyor. Genelde arazide calisan gruplarin vardiya degisim saatleri disinda su sicak su bulunmuyor. Muslugu akıtın biraz bekleyin gelir hesabi sallıyorlar , siz de akan suya aciyip soguk suyla yikaniyirsunuz. Yazin idare eder. Kocaman köy kahvaltisi yazisina kanıp kahvaltiya gidenlere afiyet olsun
 The hotel does not offer hot water service 24 hours. Generally, there is no hot water outside of the shift change hours of the groups working in the field. Run the tap, wait for a while, they come and shake the account, you can get in the running water and wash with cold water. It's manageable in the summer. Bon appetit to those who go to breakfast after being fooled by the huge village breakfast sign

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fön makinesi kırılmış dolabın üzerine bırakılmış. Duş başlığını takacağınız bir şey yok. Sabah soğuk suyla duş aldım. Oda yeterince temizlenmemiş kirli. Kahvaltı Yetersiz ama malzemeleri güzel.
The blow dryer was left on the broken cabinet. There is nothing to attach the shower head to. In the morning I took a shower with cold water. The room is dirty not cleaned enough. Insufficient breakfast, but good ingredients.

As long as I was at the Serkan Hotel, I could not find fault with the service in any way. I did not believe that I could find a hotel with this service in Ergani.

I found the taste that I couldn't find anywhere else, I found it in Serkan hotel breakfast.

Serakan hotel is a very super hotel, it offers super opportunities with a muq resting place soup where you can relax and many other dishes, I would definitely say ugryain ☺️

As long as I stayed at the Serkan Hotel in Ergani, I did not have any problems with both food and staff.
A family place is a great place to stay with your family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Otel berbat ötesi odalar düzensiz yastıkları sapsarı sabah TV otomatik açılıyor uyanın diye elektrikler kesiliyor sabah geri geliyor 5 dakika içinde personel bilmiyor ama arabada uyumaktan iyidir deyip yattık düzenlenmeli düzeltme yapılmalı tuvaletler sıcak su temizlik hijyen gibi
The hotel is beyond awful, the rooms are uneven, the pillows are yellow, the TV turns on automatically in the morning, the electricity is cut off in order to wake up, it comes back in the morning, the staff doesn't know, but we said it's better than sleeping in the car, we went to bed, fixes should be done, toilets, hot water, cleanliness, hygiene, etc.
