★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family and I enjoyed our 3 nights stay in this boutique hotel in August 2018. Our room was an original cave room furnished with all modern hotel room facilities. The owner is an exceptional host, treating all her guests with special care. Ms. Eren herself did so many nice things for us that we felt like we stayed in a dear friend's house. She cares for her guests and does her best to arrange everything they need. She even created a miracle in getting the medicine for my daughter who suddenly got sick at midnight. Thanks to Ms. Eren. If you also prefer staying in small boutique hotels, I highly recommend Serinn House in Urgup.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Original hotel, built in the rock of the hill, which makes it fresh even when it's boiling hot outside. The rooms are well decorated and nice. The owner, Eren, speaks English and it's very helpful. Breakfast is great and has a variety of delicious food. The dog is very cute and friendly.
