Tüm odamızı yatağa uygun olsun diye vizon renkte döşedik ama 1 ay sonra yatak gri renkte geldi şaka gibi... üstelik 2 ay gecmesine ragmen hala faturamızı göndermediler. Satış, teslimat ve kurulum süresince Hilalkent Şube personellerinden Harun Kaya abimiz bizimle ilgilendi. Her hususta hatta 20 kere aramama rağmen her seferinde sabırla ilgilendi diyebilirim. Ürünlerimiz dün Tunceli'ye teslim edildi ve ürünlerin kurulumu yapıldı. Herhangi bir sorun yaşamadık. Ürünler istediğimiz renklerde ve sağlam geldi. Our brother Harun Kaya, one of the Hilalkent Branch personnel, took care of us during the sales, delivery and installation. Satış elemanı ile görüştüğümde servis konusunda tarih veremeyeceğini söyledi. Bence buradan alışveriş yapmadan önce 2 kere değil 20 kere düşünün. The double bed I bought from Dadadşkent store 3 months ago was broken up. When I called the store for service afterwards, it was not possible to reach the store on the business phone. When I talked to the salesperson, he said he could not give a date on service. I think before shopping here, think 20 times rather than twice.
