We stayed 3 nights in Serik application hotel. A clean and nice application hotel. We would like to thank my teacher Köksal and my brother Musa Can, the receptionist, for their interest, concern and smiling faces. We were very satisfied.

The dirtiest hotel I've ever seen in my life.!!We stayed 3 nights in the hotel where we would normally stay for 4 nights, and stopped for 2 days because we left at 9 in the morning and came at 10 in the evening. When we first arrived, they handed over our room like filthy, we asked for cleaning, we went down to the pool and gave the key when we went to the room, only the hair on the floor. The puddle was taken and we were told that it will be cleaned in more detail tomorrow. When we went down to have breakfast in the morning, we encountered another disgrace. The eggs are purple boiled, the kind of incredible little cutlery, the tea is terrible in a plastic dirty box, believe me, I couldn't finish 1 cup of tea as tea colic. Let's go to the pool, the inside of the pool is not visible. When we asked about the mess, they said that the cleaning started at 10 am, which is a total lie. That day and the next morning, we entered the pool for 1 hour so that we wouldn't break our son. The first day we went, my son's glasses fell into him the next day, so his father had to. We did not use anything for 2 days, neither the breakfast nor the pool. which is sure to catch a germ in the pool anyway kid. We went out in the morning and went to bed in the evening, as I said, in the cleaning again because they just made our beds and they didn't do anything. The closet in the room is small and dirty. The place to hang towels in the bathroom is broken. You can't hang a hand towel. Slippers etc. are not there anyway. So the word bad for this place is really few. It may be normal for some things to be less or missing according to the money, but I can't say the same for cleaning, never mind the pandemic, it's not possible to be this dirty in normal times. The mask of someone else was behind the nightstand. -I washed the floors with the shampoo they put on 3 times, I tried to clean the dirt of someone else. It's actually very nice, the pool is quiet, but it needs attention, it's a pity. The only positive thing is when I took a shower in the morning and evening, there was hot water. There is no elevator in the building, by the way. It's old anyway. We saw 3 people alternately so they can't catch up, never again!!
