A humble family business .. As a Mardin resident in Ankara, I was very satisfied. Sembusek and ikbebet (boiled meatballs) were very delicious. Do not confuse the meatballs made here with meatballs that are placed in front of you in other restaurants of Ankara, where there is even suspicion of meat. Real Mardin style ... You should definitely try Mardin kebab. I recommend you to taste the very light dessert that is specific to the business.

We went to the place for iftar. Although the half portion phrase on the menu makes us think we can't get enough, it is definitely a delicious and satisfying menu. I also congratulate the company for not causing waste. After the starters, a plate of local products comes, we were almost satiated before the Mardin kebab came ☺️ An affordable option that should definitely be visited to taste our local delicacies.

We came based on the good reviews but overall disappointing. I checked the comment and the place again because I went to the wrong place, the positive comments are exaggerated. It may even be consciously produced with the aim of influencing the consumer. Anyway, without going into details, let me tell you my experience objectively. Although it is a restaurant that represents the Mardin cuisine in its region, it is nothing more than an ordinary neighborhood business. You decide how sterile it is for the women to smoke in a fan while they are dealing with the dough in the glassed-in section at the top. Meals are not bad in terms of material and product mass, but ordinary in taste. The service is selfless and sincere but not qualified. Their treats are mediocre, their tea is bad. However, it's not too bad for the price. It's nice to have both men's and women's restrooms in such a local restaurant, even if it's small. As a result, it is a restaurant that can be visited for a change from time to time for those living in the vicinity.

It is the preferred place for those who cannot go to Mardin and wonder about its tastes. I have not been to Mardin until now, I don't know if the tastes there are the same as the taste I ate here, but I gave 5 stars because everything I ate was very good. I ate the food that came to the table so fast that I did not have the opportunity to shoot the dishes and treats that came to you again :( but an eggplant salad with garlic, pate, pickles and salad is served as a treat. They made something called the Mardin plate, it has almost all the flavors in it, there is not a single meat bread. It was not included in the menu because it took half an hour to prepare, so we couldn't eat it because we came for lunch. There are also delicacies such as stuffed tripe, mumbar and stuffed ribs, but you have to order them a day in advance. I think it is not appreciated because it is so expensive.
