Hello, I strongly condemn this business. I was fooled to say there was a refund. The lens I took remained in my hand. I filed a complaint with the consumer arbitration committee. A business with no business ethics, a false statement. Haram money is that easy.

I met by chance when I worked in Kayseri between 2013-2015. Now I'm in Ankara and I still send the photos of the glasses I like and get them from there. I have never regretted any of my glasses. I trust blindly in terms of cost benefit. Thank you very much Figen and her team...

I have been shopping from different optics for 5 years, but I will choose this one as my favorite and my permanent optic from now on. Prices are reasonable and the staff are friendly.
