Simply a fantastic place, I own an apartment here and have witnessed how this building was made from the start. When the apartment was ready to be delivered there were a few minor issues that needed to be fixed and the way that the management of Serenity Residence handled this was just perfect. We met this young lady working there by chance and she helped us fix everything in less then 2 weeks. Her name is Seda and she is in charge of quality control at this building. She literally goes above and beyond in helping the guests and home owners in every way possible. We are very happy and lucky to have met Seda. My compliments to the management of Serenity residence for selecting such a professional individual(s). It is not only this lady that is very helpful, the people that run the SPA and work there, the Lady who runs the restaurant (also called Seda), the person who runs the supermarket and even the gatekeepers at the entrance are all so friendly and helpful. Serenity Residence is my home, away from home. If you ever want to experience a luxury, carefree holiday around Alanya you owe it to yourself to spend a week or two at this magical place.

I am here now really everything is perfect lovely staff with beautiful smile . Just swimming pool and hammam busy. It can be a certain time just for children to avoid this business

New modern building where you can stay like in the hotel. Big territory with rich infrastructure! You can get what ever you want there! Inside have a cozy cafe with tasty coffee! Totally recommend!!!

Perfect home my home ?

Beautiful new apartment complex, building quality is really good and there are many many facilities to use; Spa was fantastic and massage was perfect, Restaurant is one of the best in the area, with friendly and helpful owner and staff. The little supermarket does have everything you need and the staff there are also very friendly. There is a children's swimming pool, next to the main swimming pool area. The management of the building is professional and very helpful, There is one absolute jewel in their management; A lady called Seda and she is in charge of. almost everything, she is a God sent, very helpful, very knowledgeable and above all truly a good human being. If you get a chance to book a place here for your vacation, I suggest give it a try, this is an ultra luxury resort...
