Food was good. Room cleaning is ok. Several times staff forgot to give us towels.
Shampoo and shower gel were very limited.
Far from beach and city infrastructure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms were nice, the buffets was decent, but they need signs so you know what you're eating.
A la carte was unfortunately not a decent experience, lukewarm, overcooked and only 1 waiter to serve the whole room.
The people working there are nice, greetings and farewells with a smile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The one and only reason I am on here leaving a five star review is because the animation team at the hotel deserves no less. They are responsible for keeping the guests entertained and making sure everyone has a good time, but it is certainly worth mentioning Charlie, Shaggy and Joe by name for their serious commitment to the guests and the hotel they work for. They went above and beyond to make sure we were all having a good time. They took care of our large group very well and were always there whenever we needed them. Whether we wanted advice on places to go or if we needed anything done, they were always ready to help. A truly fantastic group of people. I highly recommend this hotel (as long as they are there).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ??? for the animation team.They were amazing,fun,they were good with the guests and made fun parties for everyone.They were the reason that we were always at the pool and not once on the beach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great family hotel. Very good food and service. Very satisfied with the wellness and spa, just little bit too noise(talking, screaming, laughing...). Very, very bad experience with alcoholic beverages. The staff is not trained in mixing cocktails. Very bad quality of any liquor, wine or beer. The drinks are not cold enough, exept water. Good tea. Very bad entertainment for adults, but good for kids. Recommending for families with small kids . Not recommending for young couples or singles.

The food was good and the entertainment was amazing from the animation team. We would really recommend this hotel to other people.
One bad point is the communication, Most of the staff don’t speak a word english but we managed with the help of the animation team or google translate
