Hepsiburada üzerinden Gitar seti sipariş ettim (Gitar - kılıf - kapo - gitar metodu - akort cihazı - pena ) gelen ürünün gitarın sap kısmından kırık çıkması ve eksik parça (akort cihazı) ile gelmesi sebebiyle hemen iade etmek istedim. Fakat firma yetkilisi ürünü benim kırdığımı söyleyip ve ürünü yapıştırıp tekrar kargoya verdiklerini çirkin bir üslupla dile getirdi.
Never buy products from this company. I ordered a Guitar set from Hepsiburada (Guitar - case - capo - guitar method - tuner - pena) I wanted to return it immediately because the product came from the handle of the guitar with a broken piece and the missing piece (tuner). But the company official said in an ugly way that they said I had broken the product and pasted the product and sent it to cargo again.
