The store we went to buy a swing last week. Eda was very interested in us, we decided on the drop model by trying many different models. The delivery was made smoothly and we were satisfied with the attention of the store.

(tutarın bir kısmını ödedik ) Teslimatı Nisan 2020 de istedik fakat bize ayırdıkları ürünü satmışlar ve bu ürün bir daha gelmeyecekmiş. (Tabi bu süreçte ilgi alaka sıfır muhatap yok, haber veren de yok.) sonrasında farklı bir ürün verelim dediler kabul ettik bu sefer de tesir deki ürünü göndermişler şimdi kalkıp paranızı iade edelim diyorlar. Biz Aralık ayında tüm firmalar kampanya yaptığı için (kış ayı) erken aldık, şu an aynı segment bir ürün için 2.500 lira daha fazla ödemem gerekiyor ( başka yerlerden almaya kalksam) hem maddi hem de manevi olarak bizi çok zor bir duruma soktular. Ben bu kadar ilgisiz umursamaz ve sistemsiz bir firma görmedim
We bought a garden set from Serem Garden in December 2019. (We paid part of the amount) We requested the delivery in April 2020, but they sold the product they reserved for us and this product would not come again. (Of course, in this process, there is zero interlocutor, no one who informs.) Then they said, let's give a different product, we accepted, this time they sent the product with the effect, now they say, let's get up and refund your money. We bought it early in December (winter month) because all companies made a campaign, now I have to pay 2,500 lira more for a product in the same segment (if I try to buy it from other places), they put us in a very difficult situation both financially and morally. I have never seen such a careless and unsystematic company.
