It is perhaps the best simit you can eat in Sakarya. We came across this bakery, which offers hot bagels at all hours of the day, at 7 am, and it deserved to wait in line in front of it. The owners are also from the old tradesmen :) Be sure to try the crispy, thin and warm bagels ?
