Ürünün garanti belgesinin yanımızda olmadığını telefonda söyledik ve yardımcı olacağınızı söylediniz. Buna istinaden mağazanıza kadar geldik. Çözüm üreteceğinizi siz söylediniz. Çözümün ne olduğunu sizin söylemeniz gerekmez mi?

Ürünlerini piyasanın üstünde fiyata satan sattığı ürünlerin arkasında durmayan asla tavsiye etmeyeceğim bir kuyumcu. Satarken ilgi yüksek, değişim ve iadede sıfır. 1 yıldızı bile haketmiyor.
Kullandığım ürünü değil kullanmadığım ürünü değiştirmek istedim . Sizden alışveriş yaptım ne yazık ki. Mağazanıza gelip ilgisiz tutumunuzla karşılaştığım için yorum yaptım zaten.
