Amazing place and location, Very friendly .. but cleanliness is not good , they only clean the room if you requested them to do.

Very bad experience , the room service is son bad , no one ckeaned the room for 3 days and i asked to clean it but no one cares . The room heating system was so high and it couldnt be manged , food quality is low Bad experience ever

The staff are super friendly and will do their best to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The view is breathtaking, the hotel itself is clean and well kept. All in all a beautiful place to spend your time in Trabzon.

Great hotel with incredible views. Only a few staff know English but everyone is friendly and helpful. Only let down was the spa as massage was cut short because they had more customers come through the door ?.

I greatly enjoyed my trip while staying in this hotel, and therefore I want to give it 5 stars. It affords the view of both mountains covered in lush vegetation and Black Sea. Rooms are super clean, neat, and relatively modern. Staff are friendly and accomodating. Breakfast is delicious and diverse. However, there are a number of flaws as well. For example, staff do not either know or want to share much about the public transit, helping passengers commute from and to this hotel (while there is a station just a few walks away from the main entrance taking you to city [Moloz Station], they insist on ordering a taxi for you). Or another, for instance, the room service, especially their daily supply of water & ..., is somewhat weak and disorganized. But like I mentioned before, I give it a very high rating as I tremendously enjoyed not only my stay but also my entire trip in Trabzon. ?

Worst experience ever on booking!!! It was a big mistake to book to this Hotel .. A complete scam and totally unprofessional handling for a humanity situation. My booking was nonrefundable with full payment based on the reviews as I expected I am dealing with a trustworthy organasation however, due to tough freezing weather at February my kids couldn't make it to stay in the hotel (on top of a mountain) and had to stay in the city. I tried to communicate with hotel 2 days before my check in date explaning my family situation and trying to reach for any other alternative like partial refund.. change of dates ..etc.. however after 5 days of communication and manoeuvring form their side they rejected all alternatives claiming that I am considered no show !! Avoid non-refund booking for this hotel!!! ..  complete unprofessionalism and scam. I have all evidence and screen shots for further reference if needed

I spent 2 nights in the hotel and it was one of my best experiences in Trabzon. The view is amazing and the staff is very friendly, Wessam ( staff member ) helped us a lot and she was very caring because we came during a snow storm and she made sure that we have arrived back safely from our trip. She helped us also to book the trip and transportation back to airport. The room was very clean and the breakfast is beyond amazing. Spa also was very nice.
