I came to this hotel first time and I like this hotel so much, rooms are very clean , Animation is perfect and especially thanks for memonzi and bugra , they are amazing

The hotel was great, lots of fun stuff, food was great, I really liked the room, the beach and most of the staff. Now, to summarize things that could be better- waiters taking plates, cups and cutlery off your table multiple times during the meal. It's perceived as rude and is affecting experience, everybody in my group commented how it's not nice, I know that they are probably ordered to do so because of the clutter, but please wait until the person is finished with meal and is getting to take their plate or glass. Glasses for drinks could be a bit bigger so you don't have to go to the bar every five minutes, but I guess that's the policy. Also, it's enough to once offer extra services nd if the person wants they will come and ask for them themselves.Sea entrance has lot of rocks, i don't know if that can be fixed, but if it can it should id would really add more value to the beach. Everything else was great, looking forward to coming again. Best wishes!

A 3-star hotel marketed as a 5-star hotel. The room we booked was handed over in a poor quality as far as cleaning is concerned: the toilet room had a really bad smell, the bed sheets were torn and the balcony was full of dirt. We asked the room service to bring somebody to clean it up again, and also provide soap in the toilet room as they have forgotten to do it. Compared to other hotels that offer "ultra all inclusive" services, we had to pay for a fresh orange juice, and if not, they offered some local juice, but that was not fresh. It wasn't bad, but having to pay for an OJ while having an ultra all inclusive offer seems ridiculous! The food is good, the room view is only interesting if you book one that has a pool view, and a seaside view is useless since the sea is quite far from the hotel, and up until the beach there are some shady houses and a desert-like scenery that make a seaside view room totally not worth paying for. Make sure to always stay in a room that is situated at the 3rd floor or above, as the ones from the ground floor have a bad view (some are really close to a terrace where people gather after 10 PM, so you end up inhaling smoke from cigarettes and eventually trying to relax in a pub-like atmosphere). Not sure about other reviews for this place, but it is worth trying to find honest reviews for this location from various sources. Cannot complain about the food or servicing; these were great, but all the above are a huge NO for me when it comes to ever thinking to go there again. In order to get to the beach, the hotel offers a shuttle via a small bus that takes you to their private beach, which is quite nice. Sad thing is that the personnel does not clean the beach as it is full of cigarettes left-overs and thrown in the sand.

My stay at this hotel was poor. They serve coffee and beverage in plastic and paper cup, I have never seen something like this in 5 star hotel and also its not really good for enviroment! Hotel had so many lighting but i didnt know why they dont turn them on at the night, they just turn on some light at night and always the lighting was not enough. Outdoor poor was not ready and water was very dirty, When they accept guest for all the room and the hotel is full the should open all they service but they didnt , pool bar was close and the only bar that is open was the lobby bar. Sound insulation in the room was really bad , we hear neighbours speech and also noise from lobby, but decoration and lighting of the room was good, also the HVAC of the room was not set and work at all..! The building and the facility of this hotel is good and enough but I think they dont manage it well and they can have a better service with their facilities!

We came with a friend to this hotel for the second time in one month, well, we really liked our first stay. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are well equipped. The food is delicious and varied. The Animation team are great fellows, as always, everyone is at their best: various activities during the day and parties in the evenings. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and will definitely come back again!

They're not choosing their business partners carefully. And if you communicate with them directly, they even dont care. The person and organization firm who is organizing the 2022 new year and dance party, doing it very poor and unethically and disappointing people. They sold me a room, but after a month later they sold it someone else more expensively.. They even did not apologize when telling this. The only thing they said was "we'll pay your money back". I had bought my flight ticket and i had made my all preparations. I informed the hotel by an e-mail, but they did not even write a short and kind message. A huge disappointment in terms of these firms and people work for them.

Very nice hotel, looking a little tired judging by some carpets and stains on seats. Buffet food just about warm and lots of Turkish foods. Soundproofing between bedrooms poor, we heard the TV one side (all night) talking other side and plumbing from above. Staff are fantastic, most speak some English. Only main buffet restaurant and 1 bar open. Spa very nice indeed. Overall good value.
