Very knowledgeable about the products they sell.

Owner is very rude and complained about driving faster despite allowing us to do so then complained we used too much gas.

Driver didn't communicate and bumped us off then told us to get out of the store even though he knew he owed us a partial refund.

Could do with a little better quads apart from that perfect place to hire your biking needs

Absolutely shocking !!!!!!!!Do not trust this place , owner promised that the quad bike tour would be 3 hours but it only lasted for a hour.Also,the quad bikes were in poor condition, the owner stopped every 10 minutes to fix it.Most importantly , owner was very rude ,with unbelievable swear words coming out his mouth and him kicking us out of the shop when we asked him why it only took 1 hour.

Beware absolute shambles booked a quad safari through a travel company and thus guy came picked us up no forms to fill in , no helmet required, quick tour on how to use the quads, chain came of my sons bike 3 times which he had to fix as the owner didn't have a clue , then to top that off hit stopped by the jandarma in akbuk turned out 2 of the quads had no insurance, the owners bike had no I insurance and he didn't even have a scooter or quad license to ride his or the quads, guess what helmet required so after 4 hours stuck in akbuk and having to pay 100 lira to get back to altinkum we then had a visit from the jandarma at our hotel to hand us our fines 2,234 lira each for the 4 of us as we were liable under turkish law, my advise stay away from this guy he will just lie and scam his way out , all he was concerned with was getting his quads and bike insured and getting friends there to ride them back no consideration was given to us 4 sat there for 4 hours constantly being lied to saying acar was on it's way to pick us up and take us back to our hotel , a void at all costs we learned the hard way which put a real dampener on enjoying our holiday plus financial pressure

I Cant prefer senol rent. I rent today a scooter and the scooter was damage. I rent the scooter for 3 days but i give it after 2 hours back. The owner is a thief and give my money not back and any other scooter. I hope that people, who want to rent anything read my experience with senol rent. The owner is unfriendly and try all to Steal your money.
