★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personelinden hic memnun degilim. Her insan ile ayni ilgillenmiyorlar. Telefon falan almayi dusunuyorsan cevrense 5 kisi falan beliriyor ama birsey soracaksan yuzune bile bakilmiyor. Kredi karti ile kontur yukleyecegim dediginizde sanki sasirmis gibi bakiyorlar.
 I am not satisfied with the staff. They are not in kind with every person. If you think of buying a phone or something, 5 people will appear, but if you are going to ask for something, you don't even look at your face. When you say that I will load the contour with a credit card, they look as if they are surprised.

I visited for electronic signature transactions. It was a nice experience. Mrs. Zeray greeted her with a very nice face and offered a quick solution :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Portfun mobil ödeme diye faturam şişirilmiş. Bunun iptali içinde bir şey yapamıyorum koskoca Turkcell buna nasıl izin veriyor. İptal için uğraşıyorum ama bir sonuç yok. Mağduriyetimizin giderilmesi için buradan Turkcell yetkililerini göreve çağırıyorum.
My bill is inflated as mobile payment for my portfolio. I cannot do anything for the cancellation of this. How can Turkcell allow this? I'm trying to cancel but there is no result. I invite Turkcell officials from here to remedy our grievance.
