 Every time I went, I got the information and service I wanted, easy and fast. The staff have enough knowledge and are ready to help. I never had any problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dün , başka bir gsm aboneliğimden Turkcell GSM aboneliğine geçiş yaptım. Bilhassa Üsküdar Ahmediye şubesinde bu konuda bana yardımcı olan Öznur hanım sayesinde işlemlerin kolayca halloldu. Öznur hanım, bilgi ve deneyimi ile sizi çok güzel aydınlatıyor. Firmanızı çok olumlu tanımama sebep oldu. Çok saolun.
Yesterday, I switched from another GSM subscription to Turkcell GSM subscription. Especially in Üsküdar Ahmediye branch, thanks to Mrs. Öznur who helped me in this matter, the transactions were easily settled. Ms. Öznur enlightens you with her knowledge and experience. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eğer müşteri yok, işleri sakin ise, ellerinden geldiğince yardımcı oluyorlar. Ama bazen yüzünüze bile bakmıyorlar ( eğer pahalı cep telefonu alacakssanız veya pahalı fahiş fiyatlı aksesuar) birden ilgi alaka değişiyor. Ama ben sakin zamanlarda gidip sağır/dilsiz engelli dayıma ve çok yaşlı tanıdıklarıma gerçekten yardımcı olduklarına şahit oldum.
If there are no customers, if their work is calm, they help as much as they can. But sometimes they do not even look at your face (if you are going to buy expensive mobile phones or accessories with expensive exorbitant prices) suddenly, interest is changing. But I went to quiet times and witnessed that they really help my deaf / mute disabled uncle and my very old acquaintances.
