★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mutfakta üzerine çıkıp uzanamadığım yerlere uzanabilmek için ŞEN-PA Spot isimli bir firmadan almış olduğum TOPÇU Plastik ürünü olan TUPPEX marka TP 8014 model tabure, üzerine çıkılabilir ve taşır denilmesine rağmen 2 kez kullanım sonrasında paramparça olmuştur. Ayrıca ŞEN-PA Spot firmasına gidip ürünün söylenilen gibi çıkmadığını ve değişim/iade almalarını talep ettiğimde, satış sırasında garanti verdikleri ürünün iade ve değişiminin olmadığını, bir de bu yetmiyormuş gibi kendilerinin aynı üründen 1 tır sipariş çektiklerini ve kırık çıkması durumunda çöpe attıklarını bildirmişlerdir. Yani aynısını benimde yapmamı, satın almış olduğum ürünü çöpe atmamı ima etmişlerdir. ŞEN-PA Spot firmasından ayrıldıktan birkaç saat sonra ürünü üreten TOPÇU Plastik firması ile görüşme sağladım. TOPÇU Plastik firma sorumlusu, ŞEN-PA isimli firmanın kendilerinin bayisi olmadıklarını ve bu gibi olası durumlarda ürünün iade aldıklarını bildirmişlerdir. İlgili firma hakkında şikayetime herhangi bir geri dönüş olmaması ve konu hakkında çözüm sunulamaması durumunda Tüketici Mahkemesi'ne başvuracağımı bildirmekteyim.
TUPPEX brand TP 8014 model stool, which I bought from a company named ŞEN-PA Spot, in order to reach places where I cannot climb on it in the kitchen, was shattered after 2 times of use. In addition, when I went to the ŞEN-PA Spot company and requested that the product did not come out as advertised, and that the product they gave a guarantee during the sale was not returned or changed, they also stated that they ordered 1 truck of the same product as if this was not enough and that they discarded it if it was broken. In other words, they implied that I would do the same, throw away the product I bought. A few hours after I left the ŞEN-PA Spot company, I had a meeting with TOPÇU Plastik, which produced the product. The company manager of TOPÇU Plastik stated that the company named ŞEN-PA is not their dealer and they receive the product in such possible cases. I declare that I will apply to the Consumer Court in the event that there is no return to my complaint about the relevant company and a solution cannot be offered.
