Kalitesi önemli bir ölçüde artmış ve de çalışan öğrenci ve öğretmenler gayet saygılı ve kibar bir tutum sergilediler. Bu yenilenmiş haliyle herkese tavsiye edebileceğim bir yer olarak belirtmek isterim. Before the renovation, it was not a very good place, but then the concept was changed. Its quality has improved significantly and the students and teachers working in it have displayed a very respectful and polite attitude. I would like to indicate that it is a place that I can recommend to everyone in its renovated state.

The receptionist has a friend. His name is Omer, I think his name is from Manisa, thank you Sun, he hosted us very well, we will not look for a hotel when we come to Istanbul from now on.. f	ferdi saklıca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Otel gerçekten çok güzel odalar geniş ferah ve çok sıcak kahvaltı fena değil sürekli konakladigim bir yer ama malesef bugün çok tatsız bir şekilde otelden ayrılmak zorunda bırakıldım benim kaldıgim odayı başkasına verdiğini söylüyor ve odadan ayrılmam gerekmiş Artık konaklama icin gelmeyeceğim ve kimseyi bu otele yonlendirmeyecegim The hotel is really nice, the rooms are large spacious and very hot breakfast is not bad. It's a place where I stay all the time, but unfortunately I had to leave the hotel in a very unpleasant way today. He says he gave my room to someone else and I had to leave the room. I will no longer come for accommodation and will not refer anyone to this hotel.
M	Muhammed Yüzer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Semiha Kibar Uygulama Oteli’nde yaklaşık 25 gün konakladım.Temizlik hijyen personelin ilgisi beklediğimin çok ötesinde mükemmeldi.Ayrıca fiyatıda uygun.Ailecek konaklanabilecek bir otel.Otel yetkililerinden Ömer Bey ve Emir Bey yirmili yaşlarda iki genç arkadaş 50 yıllık otel yöneticilik tecrübeleri varmışcasına ilgili, alâkalı ,güler yüzlü ve yardımseverler.Onlara ayrıca teşekkür ediyorum. I stayed at Semiha Kibar Practice Hotel for about 25 days. The attention of the cleaning and hygiene staff was excellent beyond what I expected. Also, the price is affordable. It is a family-friendly hotel. Two young friends in their twenties, Mr. Ömer and Emir of the hotel, are interested and related as if they have 50 years of hotel management experience. They are smiling and helpful. I would also like to thank them.

Sadece konumu zor bir yerde. Marmaray dan indiğinizde taksi bulmak zorsa yokuş çıkmanız gerekiyor. I would definitely recommend it myself. Rooms are clean. I think this is the most important. There is no fridge in the rooms, I didn't need it. Working students are friendly. Only the location is in a difficult place. If it is difficult to find a taxi when you get off Marmaray, you have to go uphill.
