1986 yılından bugüne aile mesleği olan börek ve unlu mamüller sektöründe, İstanbul’da başlayan serüvenimiz 2011 yılına kadar Merzifon’da devam etmiştir.
Profesyonel bir hizmetin temeli olan, tüm yeni gelişmeleri, bilgiyi takip eden üretimde standardı, disiplini ve kaliteyi, hizmette güleryüzlü müşteri memnuniyetini ilke edinen sembol börek; 2012 yılında deneyimini ve tecrübesini ortak bir yapıya dönüştürerek Erol Selam, İhsan Akçay ve Erkan İdik tarafından Samsun’da hedeflerine adım adım ilerlemektedir.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Her sabah börek vs. alan düzenli müşterisine bir sabah aldığı miktar düşük olunca pos cihazı çalışmıyor muhabbeti yaparak göz göre göre yalan söyleyen mekan. Yanımda nakit olmadığı için hiçbirşey almadan çıktım. Sizi her an mağdur edebilirler. Bir daha asla tercih etmeyeceğim.

Eve sipariş verdiğimde post cihazı talep ediyorum ve personel siparişi getirdiğinde post cihazını unuttuğunu söylüyor. Mekânda çalışan garsonlar çok itici konuşuyorlar ve hiç nazik değiller. A place that deserves 5 stars more for the taste of the pastry; but I can not say the same thing for their staff unfortunately. I request a post device when I place an order at home, and when the staff brings the order, he says he forgot the post device.
