Ordu İl Merkezi Düzmahalle’de bulunan Kilise 19.yy. ikinci yarısından sonra Rumlar tarafından yapılmıştır. Dikdörtgen planlı, ön taraflarında beşik kemerler bulunmaktadır.Duvarlar gri renkli taşlardan yapılmıştır. Bir süre itfaiye binası olarak hizmet verdikten sonra restore edilerek 75. Yıl Cumhuriyet Sahnesi olarak hizmete açılmıştır.

The church in Ordu City Center Düzmahalle was built in the 19th century. It was built by the Greeks after the second half. It has a rectangular plan and has cradle arches on the front. The walls are made of gray stones. After serving as a fire station for a while, it was restored and opened to service as the 75th Year Republic Stage.

Kendine ait ve engelliye ait özel Park yeri mevcut değil.Tiyatro kadrosu gayet güzel tiyatroculardan oluşuyor, profesyonel bir kadrosu var.Bina tam merkezde olduğu için her yerden ulaşımı kolay , önünde de taksi durağı var.
This place serves as Ordu Metropolitan Municipality Black Sea Theater. In order not to damage the church, an additional place was built and theaters are played in this place. There is no private parking space of its own and for the disabled. The theater staff consists of very nice theater actors, it has a professional staff. Since the building is in the center, it is easy to reach from everywhere and there is a taxi stand in front of it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Restorasyondan sonra Karadeniz Tiyatrosu olarak hizmete alınmıştır, öncesinde İtfaiye hizmet binası olarak kullanılmıştır. Tarihine gelince 19.yy tarihli olduğu sanılmaktadır, kesme taştan Rum ve Gürcü Cemaat tarafından yaptırılmıştır.
After the restoration, it was put into service as the Black Sea Theater. As for its history, it is thought to be dated to the 19th century and was built by Greek and Georgian Congregation made of cut stone.
