Select Apart Hotel

I am here in feb so it is very quiet. There are no pool or beach facilities and the beach is a hike. The hotel appartments are basic but clean and the staff are helpful and accomodating. The area is great with some excellent restaurants or if you prefer to cook there are a fruit and veg and a supermarket at the bottom of the street. There is alively bar also at the bottom of the street.

The apartment is spacious and clean. The value is great for the price. The staff is super friendly and professional. Highly recommended!

Nice people at the reception and bar. They keep hotel and rooms very clean. Big rooms. Good location, close to Bazar and shops.

Pros: The reason I gave it a 4/5 and not a 3 is the price/performance ratio was well met and is really good if you're on a budget, nothing fancy but had all the basic appliances a 3 star hotel would have. I read some of the comments, You can't expect the facilities of 5 star hotel for the price of a 3 star one. Rooms were clean, mini-markets next door open till late at night, second room doesn't have an A/C but the other one is strong enough to keep the entire apartment in a reasonable temperature. Cons: Even though the rooms are clean, it needs some serious maintenance. They have old furniture and appliances from the 80's, I was worried the entire time that anything could break and be blamed on us. Same for some of the facilities, the table tennis and billiards table was left under the rain and pretty much unusable (semi pro ping-pong player) The toilet needs stronger ventilation. The room we were in had a boring view of the next building. Has a mediocre swimming pool. It's in a quiet-ish part of town and far from the center (specially in hot weather), Cleopatra beach was a 10 minute walk away which is OK, but relatively further than most hotels. had to pay extra for the air conditioning, even though I realized many hotels in Alanya do this. some of the staff are pushy for you to buy stuff.

You shouldnt go to this hotel if you don't want to go from Alanya with bad memories. they don't respect people. very bad-mannered staff. They can enter your room even if you don't give the permission. Your security and your privacy maybe in danger ! Never ever go even if it seems cheaper than other places. You may go out with worst memories in your life !

Near the town friendly staff Very good choice if you want to visit all Alanya not only the Beach the reservation is only for room and it's near to everything you would like to visit. 2 swimming pools one for kids not so big but it's clean.

The only plus is the price. The rooms are old, some rooms are terribly cold, the air conditioning doesn't work.
