Herhangi bir eğitim almadan yapmak oldukça zor onu bildireyim. Ordaki eğitimenlerden ders almanızı tavsiye ederim. Kortları saatlik olarak 15 tl ye kiralıyabiliyorsunuz. Kendi raket ve tenis toplarınızı getirmeyi unutmayınız.
If you are working sitting down like me during the day, I recommend a sport tennis where you can sweat a good evening and burn calories. Let me report it is quite difficult to do without any training. I recommend that you take lessons from the trainers there. You can rent the courts for 15 TL per hour. Do not forget to bring your own rackets and tennis balls.
