Sağlık merkezine gelmeden önce e-devlet üzerinden doldurmam gereken bir form olduğunu söyledi. Formu doldurup gittiğimde bir kaç dakika içinde sağlık raporumu aldım.
Covid19'a karşı ilk aşımı da burada oldum. İkincisinin tarihini bekliyorum.
I learned that when I want to change my license, I need to get a Health Report. I reached my family doctor by phone. He is an excellent person, very helpful. He said that there was a form that I had to fill out on e-government before coming to the health center. When I filled out the form and left, I received my health report within a few minutes.
I was here for the first time against Covid19. I'm waiting for the date of the second one.

An appointment system has been introduced. No one who makes an appointment goes, it's empty. they don't even look at you without an appointment, it's ridiculous
