★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aslında sevdiğim bir market bazen gidiyorum.bugun tuhaf bir durumla karşılaştım.duru marka sivi el sabunu aldım.etikette fiyat 16.90 yazıyor.kasada 29.90 çıktı.ben ödemeyi yapmıştım.farkettim ve reyondan etiketi getirdim.kasiyer arkadaş ama çok garip şekilde böyle bir sert davranıyor.magaza sorumlusunu çağırdı.beyfendi hemen fiyat farkını iade edin dedi.buraya kadar iyi gitti.ama kasiyer reyona gitti duru marka başka bi sabun etiketini getirip sorumlu kişiye bakin burada 29.90 yazıyor diyor.ama o lavanta özlü benim ki zeytinyağı özlü. Mağaza sorumlusu farketmez,oradaki etiket neyse o dediği halde israr etti gözümün önünde.bakin ikisi arasındaki fark mevki yada konum değil.sorumlu kisi bunun bir suç ve yaptiriminin daha büyük ceza getireceğinin bilincinde.ancak kasiyer sadece yiyeceği fırçayı düşünüyor.bakin soyle söyleyim.bir yaptirim için harekette bulunmadiysam o yönetici sayesinde olmuştur.o olmasaydı hukuki yollara başvururdum .cumhuriyet savcılığında görev yapmaktayım.haklarimi biliyor ve bunun farkındayım.ama bunun haricinde gerçekten güzel ve kaliteli işletme.yoneticileri bilgili ve anlayışlı.kasiyerleri hakkında yorum ortada.

Düzeltme yapıyorum, işlerimin yoğunluğu dolayısıyla 2 gün sonra gitmeme, fişini kaybedip atmama rağmen ürünü birebir aynısı ile değiştirdiler, ikinci ürünü kontrol ettiğimde sorun yoktu. Bazen kapaktan bir şekilde hava alıp böyle olabiliyormuş. Yaklaşımı beğendim. Teşekkür ederim.
