Terse; Master Fatih is one of the rare and very professional masters I have seen in Ankara. He made our vehicle ex-factory. His kindness and knowledge is very good. He also completed the missing parts of the vehicle with original parts. He said the bumper of the vehicle and many missing parts, I found it in the market and had it shipped to him. First class workmanship. I recommend it wholeheartedly.

First of all, Master Fatih showed his difference from many other people in many fields that I have worked with, with his humanity, honesty, maturity and mastery. A meticulous detail-oriented person like myself and someone who is really competent in his job. Not just a person who does business with him, but now as a friend and brother, I would like to go and drink his tea at every opportunity and listen to his nice conversation. You can easily go to the shop with your spouse and family, even their customers are above a quality level. My job: the vehicle I bought was treated and painted, and as you can imagine, the treatments and paints were poorly done, plus there were many minor imperfections. Master Fatih has done a very detailed study on paint hood, under the bumper, parts deficiencies in the hood, under the hood repairs, under the hood headlight wiper replacement, headlight cleaning, interior detail cleaning, ceiling trim renewal. As a result, I received an almost brand new vehicle that suits my family and my daughter. The front bumper and a few small ones were missing, but we agreed to have them done another time. When I get these done, my 2009 model vehicle will turn into a factory-level vehicle. I am extremely satisfied with the workmanship and effort and customer care. Later, I went to him for a couple of details that caught my eye, he was very interested, he made corrections immediately, even on issues that are not related to him, he directs me to the right place. It's okay to fix the hood, just to get a clean job, even though I accepted the quoted price without negotiating and waited without haste: 1- As in the photo, I received it with the adhesive overflowing between the fender and the bumper. 2-fender signal was broken. It was said, "We could not find a new signal, if you find it, we will install it". I found it in the first piece I asked and installed it. However, I was not satisfied.

I met with Fatih Usta on the reassuring comments here. Indeed, no comment was unfair. With his smile, conversation, work ethic and professional details, he is a doyen of his job. He was meticulous about everything like his own vehicle and delivered it ahead of time, I thank him.

Friends, as you can see from the photos; I can tell you that my vehicle was touched by a meticulous, qualified master hand. Master Fatih aims to make up for all the deficiencies of all the vehicles entering his workshop, as if they were his own personal vehicle, with the approval of the customer, and he does so. My vehicle was left in its workshop for 1 month because of the whining of the insurance. Not once have I thought about whether my car is safe. My eyes are not behind me. A business where you can entrust your vehicles with peace of mind. I wish the number of such clean, meticulous masters and businesses to increase.

I brought my vehicle to Fatih master on Monday, November 8th. There was very minor damage to the front bumper and fog frame. The master examined it and said, "Don't touch it, keep it that way, there is no need to take any action on it." When I was a little insistent, he took delivery of my vehicle and stated that I could receive it on Wednesday. Just as he said, I received the vehicle on the promised day, clean and shiny. Master Fatih had repaired the vehicle perfectly, as he said in our first meeting. I was truly amazed by his craftsmanship. Master Fatih is a true professional, he is endearing himself with his smiling face and pleasant conversation. This country needs artists like this. Make sure that those who make negative comments here are their competitors in the industrial area. I think it will be difficult for those who do business with this master and are not satisfied. Şaşmaz is one of the cleanest, most meticulous and quality places you can find in the industry. I might even say it's the first thing I've come across. Master Fatih is a master who does his job very well. He guided us very well. He explained every step to us. Then he took photos and gave information one by one. And in the end, he produced a very nice workmanship. At your first meeting, you already believe that your vehicle will be built in a beautiful way. As a result, you are delivering the car with your eyes closed to a place you will never regret. The man gives his mastery his due. I took my vehicle to the authorized service after another vehicle hit the right front door while it was parked, but they said it needed to be changed. Since I did not want the door to be changed, I preferred Fatih Usta after reading the comments here. Master Fatih satisfied me with his work ethic, meticulousness, approach to the customer and most importantly his craftsmanship and dexterity. After giving detailed information before handing over the vehicle, I delivered my vehicle with peace of mind and restored the door within a week.
