★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 05.07.2021 tarihinde Şekerbank Aspendos şubeye gidip maaş hesabı açtırmak için müracaatta bulundum.
Sistemsel bir sorun nedeniyle hesabı açamadıklarını söyleyip (tekrar zaman harcamamam için) gerekli evrakları imzalamamı sonrasında hesabı açıp bilgi vereceklerini söylediler.Defalarca aramama whatsapp üzerinden yazmama rağmen bugün 28.07.2021 ama hala haber yok. Maaş hesabı olmasaydı bir daha tercih etmezdim.
Belki kişilerin hatalarını firmaya maletmek doğru değil ama bir kontrol mekanizması yok mu??? Bilemedim.
I went to Şekerbank Aspendos branch on 05.07.2021 and applied to open a salary account.
They said that they couldn't open the account due to a system problem (so that I wouldn't waste time again) and they said that they would open the account and give information after I signed the necessary documents. Even though I called many times and wrote on whatsapp, today is 28.07.2021 but still no news. If it wasn't for the salary account, I wouldn't choose it again.
Maybe it's not right to ascribe people's mistakes to the company, but isn't there a control mechanism??? I didn't know.
