Like this. They refused to return the money, they said that they could send us on another tour and return the difference, which we did, but this mood specifically spoiled. As a result, we are left with 3 motors instead of 4x. The skiing route is just a forest with a bunch of trash cans. The guide just rides around, the places do not change. Picturesque and does not smell) Skating lasted 1 hour instead of 2.5 hours. We returned to the office, expressed our objections and comments, demanded a refund of part of the payment, because the service received does not match the declared one. To which he replied that we would not get anything and he could give us a discount next time. We tried to prove that he provided a poor-quality service, he decided to switch to raising the tone, swearing. There was another couple with us, so they were sold the same tour, they only promised to swim in the canyon)))) P.S.
