★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fena değil, yeni taşındım ama bildiğim kadarıyla şöyle. Kapalı garajı var, biraz inşaat halinde olsa da iş görüyor. Asansörü neredeyse her gün arıza veriyor, çok sorunlu bir marka zannedersem.
Balkonlar baya iyi. Birisi çamaşır kurutma, birisi oturma amaçlı kullanılabilir.
İnşaat kalitesi için çok birşey söyleyemem, uzmanlık alanım değil. Ses yalıtımı çok çok kötü. Apartman boşluğunda sinek uçsa yatak odamdan sesini duyuyorum.
Elektrik tesisatı çok sorunlu iki güne bir eve sigortalar atmış halde geliyorum, eşyaları yerleştirmeden önce de böyleydi yani arızalı bir ev eşyasından kaynaklanmıyor.
Peyzaj ve bahçe düzeni vasat. Göz alabildiğine uzanan beton bahçe kenarda ince bir çim ve bitki şeridi ve birkaç tane ufak kameriye ile taçlandırılmış. Bildiğin beton yerler, böyle mermer taş vs yok. Estetik sıfır.
Apartmanın hemen altında Sönmez market, 50m ilerisinde a101, 250 ilerisinde Bim ve Şok var. Ayrıca kasap, pastane vs de yakın.
Bu evi kiralama sebebim de bu market ve dükkanların dibinde olmasıydı.
Not bad, I just moved but as far as I know. It has a closed garage, although it is under construction, it works. Its elevator malfunctions almost every day, I think it is a very problematic brand.
Balconies are pretty good. One can be used for drying clothes and one for sitting.
I can't say much about the construction quality, it's not my area of expertise. Sound insulation is very very bad. If a fly flies in the apartment space, I can hear it from my bedroom.
The electrical installation is very problematic, I come every two days with fuses blown, it was like this before I placed the furniture, so it is not caused by a defective household item.
Landscape and garden layout are mediocre. The concrete garden, stretching as far as the eye can see, is crowned with a thin strip of grass and vegetation at the edge and a few small arbors. There are no concrete places, such marble stones, etc. you know. No aesthetics.
There is Sönmez market just below the apartment, A101 50m ahead, Bim and Şok 250 ahead. Also close to butcher, patisserie etc.
The reason I rented this house was because it was at the bottom of these markets and shops.
