Toki vari boyalarinda catlaklar otoparkinda hala beton gorunumu olan ama evlerinin ici muhtesem kullanisli bi yer. Eger okuyorlarsa du otoparki biraz toparlayin lap sap atip gidilmis heran cokecekmis gibi duruyo 4 yillik olmasina ragmen 20 yillik apartman gorunumunun yok edilmesi gerek bence
 I do not want to be disadvantaged for our new move. The reason I chose this place is that both my location and my environment will not change. It is a wonderfully useful place in the car park with shattered paint that still looks concrete, but inside their homes. If they are reading, please tidy up the parking lot and it looks like it will be overwhelmed every time, even though it is 4 years old, I think the 20-year-old apartment view should be destroyed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Konumu güzel. Yürüyerek içmeler durağına 16dk site tam olarak oturmuş değil. Etrafında çevre düzenlemesi devam ediyor. 06.2020 tarihi itibari ile 230 aidatı var. Büyük ve deniz manzaralı daireleri çok güzel lakin bir çoğu küçük daire ve yuvarlak olan binalardaki daireler üçgen odalara sahip. Isıtma ve çeşmeden sıcak su kullanımı merkezi, ocaklar ise elektrikli.
The location is beautiful. 16 minutes from the Icmeler stop on foot, the site is not fully seated. Landscaping continues. As of 06.2020, it has 230 dues. Large and sea-view apartments are very beautiful, but most of them are small apartments and apartments in round buildings have triangular rooms. Heating and hot water use from the fountain is central, and the hobs are electric.

There is a secure site, nice employees, playground, indoor parking available, no swimming pool, middle part is good.

The security at the door is full of slurs, instead of saying words, ditch the camel.
Parking is very limited.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Şehriyaz Konutları Tuzla Aydınlı'da Emlak Konutları karşısında yer almaktadır. Sitenin hemen yakınında okullar ve sağlık ocağı ve cami bulunmaktadır. Sitenin altında iki adet zincir market, eczane, terzi, lokanta ve şarküteri bulunmaktadır. Siteye ait kapalı ve açık otopark bulunmaktadır. Dairelerin ısı izolasyonu çok iyidir bu yüzden ısınma masrafı düşüktür. Site güvenliği olabildiğince iyidir, yabancı girişleri kontrollüdür. Dairelerin oda düzeni çok kullanışlıdır. Bloklarda geniş iki adet asansör bulunmaktadır. Sitede elektrik kesintileri için jeneratör, su kesintileri için de hidrofor bulunmaktadır. Superonline fiber internet altyapısına sahiptir. Araçla E5 ve TEM'e yakın konumdadır. Metro ve Marmaray'a ulaşımı kolaydır. Toplu konut bölgesinde olduğu için eve sipariş konusunda fazlaca alternatif sunulmaktadır.
Şehreyaz Residences is located in Tuzla Aydınlı opposite Emlak Konutları. There are schools, a health center and a mosque in the immediate vicinity of the site. There are two chain markets, a pharmacy, a tailor, a restaurant and a delicatessen under the site. There is indoor and outdoor parking on the site. The heat insulation of the apartments is very good, so the heating cost is low. Site security is as good as possible, foreign access is controlled. The room layout of the apartments is very useful. There are two large elevators in the blocks. There is a generator for power cuts and a hydrophore for water cuts on the site. Superonline has fiber internet infrastructure. It is close to E5 and TEM by car. It is easy to reach the metro and Marmaray. Since it is in a mass housing area, there are many alternatives for ordering home.
