The service quality of this place is really bad. The last product I ate was waffles. I didn't like it either. Even though there are people sitting on the balcony on the top floor, we were not allowed to sit there in a ridiculous way, I do not recommend it, frankly, the food is not delicious either.

I knew the city palace venue normally as one of the best places to eat sweet products in Siirt. I have shopped many times. But unfortunately, it means that people overestimate certain things. Again, I do not say anything about the quality of the products. But some of its staff failed in problem solving. My problem was this: Half a kilo of baklava with milk costs 45 TL. We said we would take it and eat it outside. A full package will be made, we asked if 2 people can eat this half kilo for this price quickly inside? They said okay, we'll bring it. They brought it, we ate it, but when we went to pay, they took an extra 20 liras. I swear it's not about money. But one feels robbed. We objected, but in vain. What a misunderstanding, they said. Nor was I able to talk to their manager on the phone after that when I wanted to speak to them. In short, disappointment.
