O	Okan Karaçam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Otel iyi ancak sicak su yok nasıl bu yorumları yapıyorlar anlamadım. -10 havada çol ılık su ile banyo yapmak. Odalarda o kadar sıcak değil. Verdiğim paraya değmedi. Doğru yorumlar yapalım. Ben 4. Kat ve bir odamızda 3. Katta idi su sorunu aynı oda daha sıcaktı. Kişiler sadece ilgili sorunu çözmedikten sonra neye yarar .... The hotel is good but there is no hot water, I don't understand how they make these comments. -10 bathing in warm air with warm water. Not so hot in the rooms. It was not worth the money I gave. Let's make the right comments. The problem I had was on the 4th Floor and one of our rooms on the 3rd Floor was the same room warmer. What do people do only after they don't fix the problem ....
S	Sema YAKUPOĞLU on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Odalar temiz sıcak, yataklar çok rahat, sabah kahvaltıları yöresel peynirleri çok güzeldi. Lobide bulunan personel özellikle Adem bey çok ilgili , çok nazik ve bütün problemlerimizi çözdü. Oğlumun kolu kayakta incinmişti, hastaneye kadar eşlik edip çok hızlı bir şekilde Muaynane olmamızı sağladı. Otelin konumu çok güzel etraftaki lokantalar akşam yemeği için mükemmel ve çok ucuz ve çooook lezzetli. Taksi hizmeti çok uygun ve hızlı. Kayak öğretmenleri şahane . Gerçekten çok güzel bir tatildi. Bütün personele çok teşekkürler ☺️ The rooms are clean, warm, the beds are very comfortable, the breakfasts in the morning were very good. The staff in the lobby, especially Adem bey, is very interested, very kind and solved all our problems. My son's arm was hurt in the ski, he accompanied us to the hospital and made us become Muaynane very quickly. The location of the hotel is very nice, the surrounding restaurants are perfect for dinner and very cheap and very tasty. Taxi service is very convenient and fast. The ski instructors are amazing. It was a really nice holiday. Many thanks to all the staff ☺️

OTEL PERSONELİNE TEŞEKÜRLER (İDRİS BEY COK İYİ İLGİLENİYOR) her sarıkamışa geldigimde bu oteli tercih edeceğim :) When I came to Sarıkamış for a special talent test, they recommended it.
