Her blokta 36 daire var 1 adet asansor var sabah ve aksamlari otobus kuyrugu gibi rezalet. 4 blokta 144 daire var cocuklar icin 25 m2 dandik bir park bulunmakta. Mulk sahipleri kendilerini muhtesem bir sitede oturuyor zannedip sacma sapan rakamlar istiyorlar, bana gore 5 para etmez. Ustelik sifir hizmete karsi aidat bugun icin 275 Tl. Daha ne olsun ?
The land is 10.000 m2, the buildings are empty, but there is no place to put a car because it is not arranged as a parking lot. There are 36 flats in each block, there is an elevator, it is a disgrace like a bus queue in the morning and evening. There are 144 flats in 4 blocks and there is a 25 m2 lousy park for children. Property owners think they are living on a magnificent site and ask for ridiculous numbers, in my opinion, it is not worth 5 money. Moreover, the fee for zero service is 275 TL for today. What else ?
